Our Growing Family: Adopting from Haiti

Adoption...it is an exciting and yet somewhat frightening path to follow. I've decided to create a blog to describe this journey for several reasons: to document our adoption process, to help others who may have some of the same questions and concerns that we have or once had, and to share our experiences with our friends and family.

Re-adoption Done!!

It has been quite some time since I've posted, but life has been incredibly busy. . . a good busy though. At the end of January Judson's re-adoption was finalized in Wisconsin, and now he has a U.S. birth certificate. It takes my breath away every time I look at it.

God has been so faithful to our family throughout this entire process, and to say thank you to Him seems like such an understatement. There are not words to express my gratitude. When I am weak, He makes me strong. When I'm scared, He makes me fearless. Through Him we are more than conquerors.
